I have now purchased a second project through Alexandros and Bouke. It concerns Binghatti Flare. I first came into contact with another real estate agent/intermediary. They advised me to go for a specific unit. However, I asked Alexandros for advice and ultimately waited and purchased a better unit based on his advice. They are not concerned with sales, but rather provide honest advice on what is and is not a good purchase. I am very satisfied with my two purchases through them.
